We collect your name, mobile number, email address, and payment identifiers such as your UPI handle or Paytm-linked number. Device metadata such as IP address and browser type is logged for fraud detection purposes only.

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and preference cookies to remember your lobby settings. Analytics cookies track page-level behaviour in aggregate — they are not linked to your personal identity and can be disabled from your browser settings.

Account Security Measures

Your account password is stored as a salted hash — we cannot read it in plain text. Sensitive actions such as withdrawal requests require re-authentication. We also monitor login attempts and flag unusual access patterns for manual review.

Data Retention Period
